Refuge: A Labyrinth Walk for Healthcare Workers

Join us on the morning of May 22nd for a free outdoor labyrinth gathering at Mississippi Bar — a contemplative community experience where healthcare workers can slow down, connect with each other, and be in nature.

A labyrinth is not a maze. There are no wrong turns. You walk the single winding path at your own pace, in your own time — and let the walking become a form of rest. It's ritual and reflection, offered outdoors in community, as a third place that belongs to you. We hope Introspective Spaces can be the contemplative heart of healthcare, a place where we can step way to tend to our inner landscapes with people who get it.

Come as you are. Come alone or bring a colleague. Grieve what needs grieving. Celebrate what deserves celebrating.

Please note, it is a mile walk in and back. Meeting point will be shared upon registration.
